Each hotel room number plate was manufactured using a combination of painted stainless steel and brushed stainless steel, 

creating a layered visual effect that enhances depth and sophistication. The contrast between the matte painted surface and the 

brushed metal base provides a premium appearance while maintaining durability for long-term use in high-traffic environments.

To ensure maximum clarity and functionality, the numbers and directional arrows were produced using precision 

cut-out engraving technology. The hollowed-out design allows clean, sharp edges and strong visual contrast, ensuring that guests 

can easily identify room numbers, office spaces, or apartment units at a glance. This clear identification system significantly 

improves wayfinding efficiency within hotels, office buildings, and residential apartments.

Durability was a key focus during production. Stainless steel material provides corrosion resistance, 

structural strength, and long-lasting surface stability. The baked paint finish enhances scratch resistance while maintaining 

color consistency across all 1000 pieces. Every sign was carefully inspected to ensure uniform thickness, 

accurate numbering, and smooth finishing before packaging.

Bulk production of 1000 sets required streamlined workflow management, including material preparation, laser cutting, 

surface treatment, assembly, and final quality verification. Our factory’s advanced manufacturing capability ensures
