Buoyant Signage has successfully completed the manufacturing of a fully customized wayfinding signage system 

for a luxury residential development project. The scope of supply includes entrance branding signs, 

illuminated lobby logo signage, suspended building identification signs, parking directional signage, 

and outdoor parking wayfinding totems, creating a cohesive navigation experience and a unified premium 

visual identity throughout the property.

The project begins with a striking entrance branding installation that establishes the development’s identity upon arrival. 

Fabricated from precision-engineered metal components with a refined vintage bronze finish, the custom emblem 

and dimensional lettering deliver a sophisticated architectural presence while complementing the project's luxury design language.

Inside the residential lobby, Buoyant Signage produced illuminated logo signage featuring concealed LED backlighting. 

Installed against a marble feature wall, the sign creates a soft halo lighting effect that enhances visibility 

while maintaining an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The combination of dimensional metal construction, 

premium surface finishing, and integrated illumination reinforces the property's high-end brand image.

To improve navigation within the development, custom suspended building identification signs 

were manufactured for individual residential blocks. Designed with decorative bronze-finished metal frames 

and stone-effect panels, these hanging signs provide clear building identification while seamlessly integrating 

with the interior architecture. Their suspended structure creates a distinctive visual element that is 

both functional and aesthetically refined.

For underground parking areas, Buoyant Signage supplied ceiling-mounted illuminated directional signs 

to assist vehicle and pedestrian circulation. Featuring custom branding elements, clear directional graphics, 

and uniform LED illumination, the signage ensures excellent readability in low-light environments while 

maintaining visual consistency across the entire wayfinding system.

The project also includes outdoor parking wayfinding totems positioned throughout the site. 

Manufactured using weather-resistant materials and durable metal framing, the signs provide long-term 

outdoor performance while clearly identifying parking zones and access routes. Their design language mirrors 

the interior signage system, ensuring a seamless transition between outdoor and indoor navigation.

From metal fabrication and welding to surface finishing, illumination assembly, and final quality inspection, 

every component was produced in-house by Buoyant Signage. This project demonstrates our capability to deliver
