Project Overview

Huafa Another City is a large-scale integrated community that combines 

residential housing, villas, public facilities, and waterfront landscapes. 

To meet the daily traffic needs under high-density living and complex spatial structures,

 the project has planned a systematic community signage and wayfinding system. 

The signage system for this project is produced and manufactured by Buoyant Signage, 

covering various application scenarios such as community entrances, 

road directions, building numbers, parking, and accessibility signs.

Materials and Design Strategies

For waterfront residential communities with high greenery rates, 

like Huafa Another City, the signage system must consider weather resistance, 

corrosion resistance, and long-term maintenance costs during the design phase.  

Based on extensive experience with long-term outdoor projects, 

Buoyant Signage uses the following approach in this project:  

- Powder-coated metal structures to enhance weather and corrosion resistance  
- Metal panels with three-dimensional characters to ensure long-term stability and clarity  
- Modular production methods to ensure consistency across different types of signage
