Sunac Park Mansion is a residential community project focused on meeting daily living needs.  

The project's signage system serves as an overall solution for environmental guidance, 

supporting community image display, internal navigation, and functional zoning identification.  

The entire signage system of the project is produced and manufactured by Buoyant Signage.

Signage System Components

This project’s signage system covers the main traffic routes 

and functional areas of the residential community, including:

- Community entrance signage  

- Internal directional and guidance signage  

- Public information and supporting facility signage  

All types of signage are reasonably set according to the community’s pedestrian flow, 

visible distances, and actual usage scenarios.

The overall identity system uses a unified design language 

to ensure visual and environmental harmony:

- Consistent typography standards and layout system

- Scale and proportion controlled to suit residential settings

Materials and Manufacturing Process

The signage mainly uses metal materials suitable for outdoor residential environments. 

The surface treatment has been comprehensively considered in

 terms of weather resistance, stability, and long-term visual effects.
