Our factory workshop is currently operating at full capacity to produce a batch of custom metal wayfinding signage 

for a commercial project. From metal fabrication and structural assembly to surface preparation and finishing, 

the production team is working through each stage in an organized sequence to keep the project on schedule 

while maintaining consistent workmanship across every sign.

The production photos show the key details behind this process: TIG welding for clean and controlled joints, 

followed by manual precision grinding and fine surface finishing. Every operation is strictly inspected 

and controlled to achieve a flat, even surface and a refined, high-end appearance. This careful preparation is essential 

for accurately presenting the open-cut lettering and illuminated lettering effects specified by the customer, 

especially when the finished signage will be viewed at close range in a commercial environment.

In addition to wayfinding signage, we undertake custom commercial signage projects in a wide range of designs, 

sizes, materials and finishes. Overseas buyers, signage contractors, architects and project suppliers 

are welcome to send us drawings, design files or reference artwork for evaluation and quotation. 

Our experienced production team can review the requirements, confirm fabrication details and support the project 

from customized manufacturing through final finishing.
