As one of the most influential institutions in the Middle East, located beside the ruins of the Ptolemaic Library and Lighthouse of Alexandria, the university's way finding system must serve as a "bridge for dialogue between ancient and modern academic civilizations," echoing the historical blend of Greco-Egyptian cultures.

2. Analysis of Key Design Points

Three - Dimensional Signage at the Entrance

Visual Identity ability: Inspired by ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphics and the Lighthouse of Alexandria, the 3D signage integrates the curvilinear form of papyrus stems with golden anodized aluminum panels (60GU glossiness). The base features reliefs of scholarly exchanges from the Ptolemaic period, creating a landmark symbolizing "dialogue between ancient and modern knowledge."

Material and Craftsmanship: Using weather resistant aluminum alloy material, through precision laser cutting, six axis CNC polishing, and seamless splicing technology, it not only ensures that it will not fade or deform for 20 years in outdoor environments with strong ultraviolet radiation and large temperature differences, but also showcases a solemn and stable visual texture through matte wire drawing treatment and three-dimensional folding technology on the metal surface, conveying the profound foundation and reliable image of the university as an academic hall.
